Try to choose a cleanser with as few fragrances as possible, make a lather, and then use your middle and index fingers to gently massage your face from top to bottom, from inside to outside. In case of oily skin, use a cleansing brush for good results. However, do not forget to wash off with clean water after having a massage done.

Skincare experts do have the belief that drinking cold water before bed is super helpful to the skin. The reason is that this glass of cold water is circulated and absorbed in your cells. Consequently, making your skin softer and smoother. Especially in winter, it can help the skin avoid dryness.

At dinner, if you eat too full, it will cause blood to concentrate in the stomach during sleep, reducing the blood volume of the face and affecting the skin color. And try to avoid or take a small amount of salt; it is best not to drink alcohol, so as to avoid puffiness on the face and around the eyes when you get up in the morning.

Be sure to remember to remove the makeup on your face before going to bed; don’t be lazy, because this is good for the skin’s breathing and excretion of waste and sweat at night. Your eyes will get red and swollen if the cleaning method is not correct.

5- Use a tea bag to wet the eyelids

Tea bags have beauty benefits! Soak a tea bag in wet water before going to bed, then press it on the eyelids for 10 minutes, and then apply eye cream, which is good for the maintenance of the eye area and prevents the formation of crow’s feet.
